The HomeTown Health program of work including staff education, regulatory and compliance evaluation, instruction and monitoring, and the political influence we are enjoying as a result of joining forces as small and rural hospitals across Georgia is invaluable.  Education courses to improve collections, billing, registration, and health information technology are assisting to improve our accounts receivable days and thus positively effect the bottom line.  The most effective asset that HTH brings to small and rural hospitals is a strong, reliable, dependable, and trustworthy voice presented to legislators, the Governor, and other government leaders as a HTH organization.  HTH has out represented other trade associations on behalf of small and rural hospitals in the political arena in Georgia.
