Who should attend?
The two day conference is designed for the following individuals:

  • CAH or Rural Hospital Administrators, CEOs, and other executive representative (backup if one cannot       attend: hospital’s grant coordinator (Day One: Population Health Forum/ Day Two: Main Conference Session)
  • Financial Leaders, Revenue Cycle Directors, and Business Office Managers (Day One: “A Team Approach: Profitability in the Revenue Cycle” and Population Health Forum/ Day Two: Main Conference Session)
  • Quality Directors, nurse leaders, or “up-and- coming” leaders (Day One: “A Day in the Life of a Quality Director…and How to Prevent Burnout” and Population Health Forum/ Day Two: Main Conference Session

Cost to attend:

SHIP Grant Hospital Transformation Consortium Hospitals:
All participating SHIP Grant Hospital Transformation Consortium hospitals include:
3 registrations and two hotel room accommodations for the evening of March 14th under the grant/sponsored by        HomeTown Health Business Partners.
Registration for additional 4th attendees from SHIP Hospitals:
$200 each (hotel reservations must be made on own by contacting hotel)
Attendees from non-Consortium hospitals:
$200 each (hotel reservations must be made on own by contacting hotel)
